These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the My YRF mobile application ("App"), licensed by End Point IT Services Pvt Ltd to YRF PL. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

• You must be an authorized employee of YRF PL to use the App.
• You agree to provide accurate information and use the App only for lawful HR-related purposes.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App.
• You may not use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or company policies.

4. Location Services

If enabled, location data is collected only for attendance-related features and is not used for tracking outside work-related purposes.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
